Process Steps
Tooling Making
Using advanced CAD/CAM software, we design and manufacture precision molds. We use high-grade steel to ensure tool longevity and consistent part quality.
Die Cast
Molten metal (ADC 12) is injected into the mold under high pressure. Our automated cells ensure consistent cycle times and process parameters for every shot.
Deburring
Extra material is trimmed off using blanking presses to remove flash and prepare the part for further finishing.
Shot Blast
Parts undergo shot blasting to clean the surface, remove minor imperfections, and provide a uniform finish.
Machining
Advanced CNC machines and drilling centers are used to achieve tight tolerances and complex geometries.
Tumbling
Tumbling processes are used to further smooth edges and improve the overall surface quality of the components.
Inspection
Rigorous inspection using CMM, Roundness Testers, Surface Testers, and X-Ray to ensure zero defects.
